What we collect

When you join early access: your first name, email, optional postcode, the type of letter you have, preferred language, whether you're interested in CallSense, and how you found us (campaign tags in the link). For organisations: the contact details you give us in the enquiry form.

Why

To contact you about early access (based on your consent) and to understand demand for the service. We do not sell your data.

How long

Until early access launches and for up to 12 months afterwards, or until you ask us to delete it. Planned policy: uploaded letters will be stored securely and deleted after 90 days.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw consent at any time, by emailing automation@smartscanitgroup.co.uk. You can also complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk).
